We operate with machinery of the highest calibre and work extremely efficiently to ensure we have the competitive edge, offering you consistently good value for money. Printing We specialise in business stationery and promotional literature, NCR multi part sets, books and pads, menus, brochures, note pads up to desk sets. Guillotining Our guillotines incorporate the computer controlled micro-cut system to ensure consistency, easy program control and accuracy within 1/10 of a millimeter and the majority of our loose leaf finishing starts with guillotining. Digital Print We offer digital print on short run document/report printing with the strictest of confidentiality. Collating To enable us to cope with a mixture of jobs we are equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery and we can collate a wide range of materials including laminated papers, folded sections, heavy weight papers and boards. Binding We have a vast array of expertise and knowledge backed by a selection of some of the best binding equipment available. Our dedicated high speed book, calendar and promotional lines are perfect for all of your comb, spiral and Wiro Binding requirements. Drilling With holes from 3mm to 10mm our drilling machines are ideal for the fast, accurate drilling of all of your loose leaf and pre-bound drilling requirements. Padding Our padding press facility enables us to offer glued pads in various linings including mulls and cloths which can be added during the glueing process. Insertion We are able to handle many of your fulfilment needs in house. Our teams of operators can carry out your requirement for : Folders, ring binders, poly bags, wallets and envelopes and includes insertion into wallets and envelopes. Numbering and Perforating We have various machinery to sequentially number and perforate up to SRA3 size (320 x 450). Die Cutting We can cut and crease, kiss cut on various materials up to SRA4 size (320 x 225). |
